1. Scope of Application
These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of sinesomatics.com and all services offered by Studio de Visser.

2. Eligibility
Services are only available to individuals 18 years and older. By using this website or purchasing services, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

3. Services Offered
Sine offers 1:1 somatic coaching, coaching packages, digital downloads, and affiliate-linked content.

4. Booking & Payment
Bookings and purchases are made via Squarespace and processed through Stripe. Payments are accepted by credit card.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Sessions can be cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is possible within one year of the original purchase.

6. Refund Policy
- No refunds are issued once a session is completed or booked within 24 hours.
- No refunds for coaching packages or unused sessions within the 1-year validity.
- No refunds for digital products or downloads. By purchasing a digital product, you agree to waive your right to withdrawal once the download has begun.

7. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for their physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Coaching is not a replacement for medical or psychological treatment.

8. Intellectual Property
All content, visuals, branding, and written material are the intellectual property of Studio de Visser and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without prior written permission. You may link to content for personal or non-commercial use with appropriate credit.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. The place of jurisdiction is Zürich.
