At sine, my work is grounded in Somatic Experiencing® training, which allows for trauma-trained, depth-oriented support.
That means we can gently explore coping mechanisms, stored stress, and patterns rooted in protection — while still holding a present-day, growth-oriented container.
I do not offer clinical psychotherapy. Instead, I guide clients through nervous system education, capacity building, and embodied re-patterning rooted in somatic safety and attunement.

Confidentiality isn’t just a policy here — it’s part of the energetic safety I uphold in every session.
Our sessions are bound by a clear coaching agreement. I hold everything you bring — your emotions, your stories, your nervous system truths — with care, presence, and discretion.
The only exception would be if there’s an immediate risk to safety, in which case I’d name it with transparency and co-create next steps with you.
Above all, sine is a space where your truth is respected — not rushed, not exposed, and never used as a performance.
