Work 1:1 with me
What is Somatic Coaching?
My approach
At the heart of our work is an invitation: to deepen your relationship with yourself and your lived body.
We move together at the pace your nervous system can trust — honoring the timing of opening, releasing, and expansion.
Over time, you begin to trust your physiology as a wise ally, not an obstacle. We gently explore the long‑held patterns and beliefs that have kept you braced, stuck, or over‑performing — creating the space for new ways of being, relating, and living to emerge.
Modalities I work with
Welcome, my name is Sarah and I am certified Mind-Body Coach and Somatic Experiencing™ Practitioner in training. I support sensitive women who are ready to reconnect with their bodies, their emotions, and their inner vitality.
Through embodied practices I integrate breathwork, guided movement, visualization, and SE™ tools — all offered within an attuned space of nervous system trust and embodied presence.
My work brings together somatic coaching and trauma‑trained nervous system regulation, so that you’re not just thinking your way through change — you’re feeling it, integrating it, living it.

Mind-Body Coaching, also known as Somatic Coaching, is a holistic approach that understands the body and mind as one integrated system rather than separate parts. It invites you to connect with your inner landscape through sensation, breath, posture, and emotional awareness, helping you uncover the patterns your body has learned over time—patterns shaped by life experiences, habits, and beliefs. Through guided conversations, mindful practices, gentle movement, and nervous system regulation, somatic coaching builds embodied awareness and new ways of relating to life. The process supports you in developing emotional resilience, healthier boundaries, grounded confidence, and a deeper sense of inner safety. Over time, clients experience meaningful shifts not only in how they think, but in how they feel, respond, and show up—in relationships, work, and personal growth.
Somatic coaching is about reconnecting you with your innate wisdom so you can move through life with clarity, calm, and authentic power.

Somatic Experiencing (SE™) is a gentle, body-centered approach that helps us find our way back to balance after stress, overwhelm, or trauma.
Instead of focusing only on the mind or the story, SE begins with the nervous system — the place where experiences of fear, shock, or exhaustion often remain stored long after the event has passed.
When we go through something too much, too fast, or too soon, our body may hold on to the survival energy of fight, flight, freeze or appease. This can leave us feeling stuck — tense, anxious, disconnected, or unable to fully relax. SE works by creating safety and space for your body to gradually release what has been held inside. Through simple, guided awareness and gentle practices, the nervous system learns to complete what was once interrupted, and in doing so, restores flow, resilience, and ease.
At its heart, SE is about remembering that your body knows how to heal. Just as animals naturally shake off stress after a life threat, we too have this capacity — it only needs the right conditions to awaken. In our work together, this means honoring your pace, supporting your unique rhythm, and gently reconnecting you with the innate wisdom and vitality that has always been within you.
“ Sarah is a natural spaceholder. She is someone who creates an hour long session that feels incredibly supportive for you to explore whatever is coming up on that day. “

We’re not meant to do this alone.
And we’re not meant to override the signals of our own body to feel okay.
You may have spent years navigating stress, change, or internalized pressure by staying in your head — managing, performing, fixing.
But beneath the surface, something else is asking to be felt:
The quiet pull toward yourself. Toward a slower pace, an authentic presence, and a deeper connection to your body’s truth. This coaching container is a space to meet yourself where you are — not with urgency or strategy, but with curiosity, care, and deep respect for your nervous system.
We don’t rush. We don’t bypass.
Instead, we listen. We sense. We unravel, gently.
So that what’s truly yours can begin to emerge again. -

Is ready to shift from coping to connection — with herself, with her body, with life

Somatic coaching invites you to explore who you are—through sensation, movement, breath, and awareness. “Soma” means the living body in its wholeness. In our work together, we engage your soma as the place where your history, habits, values, longings, and potential live.
This approach is not about fixing anything. It’s about remembering your wholeness, uncovering what gets in the way, and practicing new embodied ways of being that align with who you truly are.
